QUALITY OBJECTIVES

TERENGGANU STATE FORESTRY DEPARTMENT

Ensuring the Sustainable Wood Production Management for Natural Inland Forest in the Permanent Forest Reserve implemented as follows:

a)ensure the opening area for forest harvesting does not exceed the annual allowable cut (AAC) established;

b)ensuring demarcation and verification activities Work Area Boundary, harvest Inventory (Pre-F), Marking Trees, Forest Inventory After Felling (Post-F) and silvicultural treatments carried out at least 80% of the annual physical goals which have been set;

c)ensure the implementation of harvest Inventory (Pre-F), marking trees, forest inventory After Felling (Post-F) and silvicultural treatment standards achieved not less than 90%;

d)ensuring License Issuing Forest Products issued within a period not exceeding six (6) months from the date of approval, after all graduation requirements are met;

e)Forest Harvesting ensure Closing Report prepared within six (6) months from the date of expiry of the license or the closing date of the application for a license from the licensee, whichever is earlier;

f)ensuring that 80% of training / courses in the State Forestry Department's annual planning related to the Quality Management System implemented; and

g)All complaints will be answered acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) days of receipt of the complaint.

h)Ensure that 80% of operating expenditure (B29) in the State Department's annual plans implemented.

i)Ensure that 80% of the allocation (B29 and P29) the construction and maintenance of infrastructure within the State Forestry Department's annual planning is implemented.
