Lata Belatan

Lata Belatan Amenity Forest is located in District of Besut. It is the main entrance to reach Mount Tebu. Many facilities are provided here, including food stalls, camping sites and toilets. It is opened daily from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. For any camping, mount climbing, overnight stays and other activities please contact our department for approvals. Payment for entry is required here, started from January 1st, 2013.

It is located 24 km from Jerteh Ton and 118 km from Kuala Terengganu by Jalan Kuala Terengganu-Kota Bharu Road. This amenity forest is located within the Gunung Tebu Forest Reserve dan its vegetation mostly from hill dipterocarps and conifer.
